We started as technical office and project managers and have evolved to cover all phases of investment and development, bringing life to living properties or raw assets in local and remote locations. We are flexible but strictly focused with success, acting as a sole investor or as co-investors, managing or developing, shaping in-house and external teams that share aligned Purpose.

Founder & MD

Enrique Molina Campos holds an MSc in Architecture, a Master’s in Urbanism, an Executive MBA, and a MSc in from IE Business School, in real estate investment management.

Enrique Molina Campos

He has 20 years of national and international experience in real estate, working in Spain, Norway, the Netherlands, and Germany. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, development, maintenance, disposal, operational management, strategic analysis, and control. He has managed diverse asset classes, including residential, commercial, NPLs, repositioning, and build-to-rent projects.

Currently, he is the founder and managing director of Alba REIM as independent firm, developing large scale developments in social housing, flex living and student housing, as own developments and investments, also with family offices and institutional investors. With Holland2Stay, (a property manager in The Netherlands with over 12,000 beds), we are currently developing 14,400 m² student residence in Granada, Spain.
